Dear Sir/Madam,
I placed an online order (ID-7874919_01) at tradus.com on 02nd March 13 and received partial product. My order comprises of Samsung tablet & a free Samsung Bluetooth which was mentioned on the product page.
When I tried to contact tradus.com & seller DBM_INDIA over mail, I got the only response that offer was incorrectly displayed due to technical error on Tradus.com product page.
Sir, I placed the order based on the information/offer displayed at tradus.com which is the first source of agreement between seller & customer.
Then, I requested them to compensate this loss by refunding difference if Samsung Bluetooth is not available. I also gave an option to return the complete order as per their “15 days No question return” policy. But, nobody is responding to me over mail now and they don’t share any contact number.
Either Tradus.com OR their staff are misguiding buyers as No ‘terms & conditions’ are being followed. Secondly, all customer reviews are Fake because they were not allowing me to add my negative experience in their comment section.
I am requesting you to please help me out in compensating my loss & take urgent action against this fraud & cheating as this is not my fault as a customer if any wrong offer/information is present at tradus.com-product-page at the time of placing the order.
