Hello, This complaint is regarding partial delivery of items on Tradus.com website. I had ordered TWO sets and each set comprised of THREE pants hence, I was supposed to receive SIX pants in total. My order number on Tradus is 11032797_01 and the product name is “Millionaire Formal Trousers Pack of 3” I have received only one set of three pants and not two sets. Each set cost is Rs. 900/- and hence I didn’t receive items worth Rs 900/- The seller name is ILS (Inceptra Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd.). On the packet Quantity was written as TWO i.e. TWO SETS but inside there was only ONE SET which is either through negligence or cheating. Tradus expects their buyers to upload images on their website, but there are lots of technical difficulties in uploading them there as their website has technical issues and images don’t upload easily. Tradus doesn’t even have a customer care number to talk, no email address either, is this legal or what??? They have a form on their website which is supposed to be filled to lodge a complaint and it is not user-friendly one. They expect people to upload image for partial delivery which is absurd, image for a damaged product is understandable but there is no logic behind uploading images for partial delivery issues. Furthermore, tradus takes all the money in advance for their so-called deals and they do not respond to queries for days. Please assist me in this matter and stop these malpractice of Tradus website.
