Totally frustrated by homeshop18 services, and very Upset from every time a fake commitment by Customer escalation executives.

I have ordered two pair Shoes of ‘Bacca Bucci Men’s Black Formal Shoes-IND-7 ‘ on 19 July 2014, and Amount Paid was from my Citibank Master Credit card in one mode in one time for both.

I was received only one pair of Shoes on 24 July 2014 by Aramex Courier, and that time one of Homeshop18 Customer escalation department executive told me that your 2nd pair of shoes will be delivered within one week(Before 1st Aug 2014). But in one week i have not received it, then once again I had call to Customer care of homeshop18 and they told me that we have not received any payment from your side so far and your payment is in process and once again promised me that your product surly will delivered in next four working days and a complaint number 108278547 provided me for this.
After that i had many time call to Customer Escalation Department and every time they provide me a new story with new escalation. but so far i’m waiting for result.

So it’s my humble request you to please do the needful for this, as you can as early as possible.
