total fraud and blackmailing

Name of company/service: reliance

Dear sir
i have complaint with reliance compony regarding my bill.
compony always make the fraud bills and always harrash to closed the service if unbilled for that amount.

compony offer me extre number and i take that number but make sure to customer care to activate my net package of 98/- for internate use but at last they make the bill of 560/- for only one day use and when i make complaint in customer care they make it prepaid and told that now it is prepaid so we cant make any solution and in next month they again send me the fraud bill .
