Total balance of prepaid mobile deducted

I have a pre-paid mobile no. 8797831204, it had a balance of Rs. 117. All of a sudden on 10.02.2011, my balance became ZERO, though neither i downloaded any thing nor subscribed to anything. Till then i’m complaining repeastedly but in vain. I registered my mobile in ww.tatadocomo.com site, there in my account, no call records are showing,Interestingly this page has also become blank, whereas earlier it showed my call records.
