About Toshiba Pen Drive

Dear Sir,
My name is Yogini Deore, My mob no 7840932671.
I buy the TOSHIBA HYABUSA WHITE PEN DRIVE 16 GB by SNAPDEAL online on 27/09/2014 on address of my relative ANIL AMBADAS NAGARE , DEOLALI CAMP, NASHIK. after 1 week pen drive was corrupt and all data also corrupted, that pen drive has 1 year warranty, then i call to Snapdeal online services to change or repair pen drive but they said to complaint TOSHIBA Company, i call to Toshiba company but now they said to call snapdeal, both said that they cant do anything. what i do then?
