My self chingu jose and iam from thrissur.i have got a toshiba laptop satellite c665-p 5010,serial no-XB333500Q.
I purchased the same on 13-01-2012 and with in one year itz mother board and display got complaint and it got replaced.so when i saw this huge complaints i took a warrenty extension (no-i1202blcgs78) by paying rS.4500 in a fear that again complaint will definitely occur.
As i feared ,now the display has got some problem and itz not working.so i have taken the laptop to Toshiba authorized service station at thrissur and they are telling that this issue occured because i put the laptop down.this really irritates me because am caring my laptop in a very best manner and i have not put it down.i have asked the repairing center to give me proofs if i have put it down,because i have not done it and you cannot find even a scratch in my laptop.
Already am fed up with the two complaints which already occured.As the service center could not solved the problem i have mailed to [email protected] and [email protected],and from them also i got a reply that i have physically damaged it.Then i asked them to show atleat a scratch in my lap either outside or in the screen,for that mail they have not reverted yet(mail sent on 13/06/2013)
I request the honorable consumer forum to either help me in get it servised under warrenty or refund my extended warrenty amount which i paid extra(Rs4500) .
Kindly do the needful at the earliest
