Dear Sir/Madam.
This is to bring your kind attention for the problem I am facing. I Rama Krishna Panda, one of the old MTS customers. This was my MDN no 8453188808 and my account no was 213000033735. I have received a legal notice regarding payment of MTS bill dues.
Here i would like to inform you that the connection was disconnected long back and there is no due to pay. I have all the necessary proofs with me regarding this. I have already contacted the customer care service, nodal service for this problem but I’m not getting any kind of solution. After disconnection also I am receiving messages for payment. This is one the pathetic service I ever faced and it is a kind of mental torture for me when every time I receive a message or notice for payment when there is no due at all.
Therefore I request you to take immediate necessary actions against it.
