Torrent power limited is not correcting my LMV 2C electricity bill

my name is shreyansh jain and i’m from agra city ,uttar pradesh , my mobile number is +918267040336. As i’m writing this complaint letter to get some help from this consumer forum in correcting my electricity bill and also nullifying my late payment surcharge with disconnection fee too .My service no. of my electricity meter is 4011379 and bill issued person name is MR. dev chand jain .My complain is that once my old state goverment electricity meter (which i was using earlier before this torrent power issued meter )was not functioning properly ,it was taking jump in meter unit consumed which was not actually consumed by me from the time this meter was setup and this malfunctioning happened due to some technical default is that old state goverment issued meter . This meter keep on showing jumping in consumed meter units for 3-4 months and later after it stopped showing display on the meter screen . when i told all about this to torrent meter monthly check-up person ,he advised me to get my meter change and told me to go the torrent power office after 3-4 months and they will look to my new units consumed in new meter put by torrent power limited and then they will correct my old wrong bill according to this new one . But when i went to their office they are not in any mood to correct my bill and they are saying to me that why didn’t you put your old meter investigation if it is not functioning properly , as i didn’t put that meter to investigation cause i didn’t know about it and that torrent power’s person didn’t also advice me about it and i just followed his instruction thinking that he is from same service company and would be providing me correct information . Now kindly ,please help me in this and solve this problem of mine so i can deposit my correct amount which is arrear from that time of 1.5 years
