Hi my name is anil i am writing this after the torcher from the Hathway internet has crossed the limit.\
i used the hathway internet a/c 814991 for some months, due to poor service i request to disconnect the service from 01-Sep-2012.
untill now no one has came to my location to collect their cable, modem
i used to call and request the customer care to collect their belongings atleast once in month every time they are saying that we will come and take them as soon as possible but nothing is happening.
instead of they are not taking them they are sending lot of messages in every month that there is due for my account from 01-Sep-2013 to till now the period which i am not using the internet at all.
i also confirmed with the customer care that my account has been suspended but they are still sending the invoices to me.
some times they also used to call about the due, every time i supposed to repeat the same story to every one.
why these people are making irritate to the customers ?
