These people are fraud.Mobilesmart.in is a website that deals with providing mobiles on EMI without credit card. i came acroos this website and real all the terms and conditions which said that we need to give 1499 processing fee and then the phone will be delivered within 10 days. i had a talk with their executives as well and even they said the same thing. I applied for the application . after 2-3 days they took 1499 processing fee and gave a watch and welcome letter. after that no response is received from their end. I have tried calling them 100 times but nobody receives call. and if they receive they keep the call on hold and then disconnect. I request you to please look into the matter. Its not only about me , but its about thousands of people who are trusting on such sites and get betrayed . These people are earning so much black money from comman man openly. A strict action should be taken. Find here attached all the complaints against this website
