Sir i have called many times tata sky regarding change of setup box because they are upgrading the setup box from mpeg2 to mpeg4 but neither setup box is changed till date as complaint was registered on 1st of june, and when calling their toll free number they were saying we will do it but did nothing and charging the toll free number and that cost me about rs.300 and it was necessary to talk them as soon was coming to change the setup box,and we are not able to see all the channels we paid for and were able to see just few channels. So please take the action as soon as possible.
