I purchase
1. Purchased 2 Nos. of 1.5 HP Supreme make monoCompressor set @ Rs. 9000 each. Amount is paid in person Rs. 18000/-, the party promised to sent items + Cash Receipt through parcel service. As agreed the party sent only the pumps without any cash receipt, and so far the party did not issue any bill even after repeated requests. (Proof available)
Note: Amount paid on 19.05.2012 delivery of pacel taken on 20.05.2012 without cash receipt.
II
1) The party Mr. TK Rajan conveyed that he could supply the compressor accessories (Delivery Hose 1″ ISI – 110 mtS, Air hose 0.5″ ISI 100 mts etc + all the accessories for compressor set + L&T Make motor starter(Rs.1500)) at the cost of Rs.8950/- Amout transferred to the account of Mr. TK Rajan through SBI money transfer.
Discrepancy :
The party has supplied substandard Non ISI, Dhanalaxmi band delivery hose at an exhotbitant rate (Rs. 39/mts) and other substandard items and the starter was not supplied at all. I was constrained to make another purchase of ISI standard hose for Installation. Even after sending photograph of the items the party did not yield for it so far.
It seems, that he is a habitual offender of sale without receipt and cheating the general public. Immediate criminal action is solicited and proper verification of the documents of his sale permit also essential besides compensation for me.
