i was using tikonia internet services, then i moved to another flat, i called tikona and move the services for that flat, their employee came, they checked the product and he said he was not getting signal in new place so he said, i can not use the product, he collected the modem an said, he will update the information, and they will refund my refundable money within 45 days. And now its 3 months, instead of sending my money back….they did not even update their system, every month they they generate bill for me, then i get call from their telecalling executives asking for making the payment, i escalate the issue with their TL, supvervisor several time, they say they can see that i changed my place and in new place there is no feasibility for services and i am not using it..they say, they will resolve it and give me a call within 24-48 hours but i never received a call back from their TL or supervisor’s….neither they resolved the issue till date…still i am getting call from tikona daily saying my bill is overdue………..which is really frustrating……….so finally i have decided to log complaint again them here i consumer forum……..please help and do strict action against this telecommunication company…
