Greetings. I had ordered a Canon lens from Timtara on 7th August 2012 for Rs.5640 with Order #10302996. I was told that it will be delivered in 3 weeks. I did not get the product after 3 weeks. I called up the helpdesk and was told that it will be sent within 5-8 days but I did not get anything. I have called them twice now but everytime they say that the product will be sent but nothing has happened. They have charged the full amount already and I have paid it. Could you please register a complaint against Timtara and get the money refunded please. Thank you.
