Name of company/service: Timtara/online shopping website

Hi Sir,
I made 2 purchases from online shopping website called “www.timtara.com” on 27th May 2012. order#’s are #10261814 and #10261812 total amount 14,198 rupees. They are not responding to my email or calls. Kindly help me in this case.
