Hello,
i purchased a mp3 player and 2 watches from timtara.com on 13 jan 2012 also i made payment through online net banking. they promised me to ship my products within 15 days but they didn’t ship my product till now. i called their customer care they said the same thing that my products will be shipped soon but still its in pending status now its been around 2 months but they didn’t respond me.
How much fraud they are and what our government is doing. No any special rule to avoid such activity.
