Timtara.Com refund not processed after one and half month.

Name of company/service: Timtara.com

i was first time buy a sony xperia mobile on timtara.com and i was paid Rs. 15990 by my icici bank credit card on date 19-june-2012.
than i was waited for recive product as per site rules 15 working days but i was waited for 20 day after i was cancelled my order on date 11-july-2012.
as per timtara policy of 7 working days to get refumd amount back,
but after 22 working days of cancelled my order they are not given refund till this date and not give me satisfied reply about refund.

    Do not buy anything from timtara.com
    ill-informed customer support …useless telephonic conversation.kept my money for 40days then cancelled the order …again 30 days waiting no refund issued…i think these people are just trying to fill their bank accounts …then take interest for few months on those heavy sums…finally refund the money to customer…pathetic
