Myself Avinash Kumar residence of DDA Flat No. 476, Pocket C , loknayakpuram, New Delhi – 110041. I had ordered a Micromax Mobile Phone A110 on http://www.timtara.com (9555321321). My product order details are as order status: payment refund pending order status: awaiting shipment order date: 22-02-2013 @ 04:14 pm order recipient: Avinash Kumar order total: rs. 9189 inr tractions ID – 10176149 oder ID -10399656. Currently i have cancelled my order on the dated 25th March 2013 on mail, the timtara’s cc has confirmed this cancellation mail verbaly but there is no any confirmation on my email that my order has been cancelled or not. For that i have called many times to this cc no. 9555321321, but there is no any response regarding this call, no any one is interested to pickup the call. When I am trying to contact them are not responding properly. When I want know my product status from one of the senior official is trying to contact he is misbehaving me and not answering about the things that happen. My problem is that I had made the payment through my hdfc credit card. I want my money back and also my compensation amount. I had been mentally harass by this fraud company I also want to close this type of fraud site that they will never cheat innocent persons. I want my money back and also the compansation amount I want my money back with immidiate effect and also compensation amount also interest amount on money that they had hold for such a long time. I want approximate of 50 000/- Which include my payment amount and compensation amount. And extra charges which I had to pay if I will to file a consumer suite. Thanks Avinash Kr. Mpb – 9873419158
