Name of company/service: timtara.com online portal
I purchased 2 items (induction cook and mixer grinder) from Timtara.com on 20th March 2012, it costs me arrounf 4069 Rs.
After 8-10 days, i.e. arround 30th of March, both of my orders got cancelled from Timtara end saying “Out of Stock”
Since then, i called them on their Customer Care no (0135-3051500) several times, but they always tell me same thing as “We are processing your request and you will get refund in 8-10 working days”.
Even I mailed Timtara.com as well as I raised my complains on their portal (Complain ids: 18098, 20622).
Even I e-mailed their payment getway agent, i.e. CCAvenue, but all this things are in vain.
My Order ids are #10219222 and #10219220.
