Timrara Non delivery of the product

I have ordered the Fastrack bag from Timtara on 1st July 2012. They not yet delivered the product. I submitted query via their website. On lady called from +919212563229. I told about my undelivered status. Suddenly she dropped the call. I am totally upset about their response.
