Timing

Name of company/service: Rao ca academy

I had joined rao ca academy according to my schedule of job and i had discussed about timing before joining the institute and they agreed to it.but after i had paid fees they changed the timings next day.now they denied to change timings and refunding only 50 percent fees by saying to join other institute.but joining other institute will be too costly for me as they will charge full fees.
