Hi,I am ABHISHEK.On 22/6/2012 morning,I decided to opt jobseek services from Timesjob.com.So I asked for the assistance in order to get the right package facility.The times job cc executive called me up and informed me that if you opt for the MR national combo package you will get resume’ writing facility and job seeking facility with benefit of 10% discount.So cross questioned him many time so that there will be no misconception.He again and again assured me that this package contains Resume’ writing and job seeking facility.I also asked the duration of this service he said its for life time.I trusted him and had done online purchase of that service.After a minute ,I again got call from timesjob.com.This agent was some other guy.He said that you have to avail jobseek facility for another 3k bugs.Than i came to know that the facility the first agent was talking about was just for resume’ writing.I asked that agent that i don’t want to avail this facility then he said you have to avail this facility otherwise you will not get any call.Moreover assured me that by availing this facility they are going to give guarantee for job and this facility is only for 1 month.I asked him for his manager.The manager also gave the same crap.He handed the call to the agent and he threatened me in a rude manner by saying,”do you want this service or not”.I asked how to cancel this service?
He said drop and email to [email protected] also called the customer support no..The guy pravenn again started giving the same crap.I aked him the procedure for cancellation of service and lodge a complaint against both the cc executive.He said that he have raised the complaint and He refuse to give any reference no.He said also drop a complaint and cancellation request by email at [email protected] assured me that customer care will call you.But uptill now I haven’t heard any thing from their side.At the time of sales the people are calling within minutes of sending request.But at the time of complaint and cancellation they become blindfolded.Please help me What should i do to get my money back.Its 3k and i can’t afford to lose that amount as I am a job seeker and have shortage of money.Please help me
