I was contacted by Times jobs consultants thro their call centre on 23-06-2012 reg the services for jobs. They offered me service job seek. They informed me that i was shorlisted for 6-10 companies for various positions. They asked me to login to times jobs portal for details by guiding me to the service. They informed me to pay RS 2750 towards the sevrice and i told them that i do not require. They told that this good opportunity for u to get good job. As i was looking for one i paid them the same thro my credit card. Immediately in 2 minutes another set of call agents called me saying congrats u have taken the service now again login to timesjobs. I did it. Then they took me to one more page and asked me to pay RS 8712.50(offered discount 15% on 10k). I said i do not require this service. They told me this is pre requisite for the job seek(Jm 754377 order number) which they did not inform. I told them iam not interested. They called me at least 20 times. one person identifying as Mr.Aditya Srivastava with mobile number09711257952 called me and told this is a fake transaction and you make payment. I also asked if iam doing online my payment will get debited from card. He said in 5 minutes we will revrse the amount.stating that he is the accounts head and he is controlling this. The credit card tarnsactions failed 3 times and each time they called me to do with debit card or online net banking promising to return the money instantly. They told that this is a normal proces and not to worry.Also said that they can reverse transaction instantly. Trusting them i had paid. Immediately i requested me to revrse the amount for the service i do not want(MR 754563/MR 754564-order numbers). The so called Aditya srivastava told me to wait till next day. i could sense the problem. on 24-06-12 one more call agent called me and congratulated about the services taken. He asked me to come on line. Again he asked me to make payment for RS 1600/- for resume zapper. I flatly rejected and sent a mail to the company on support@times jobs.com about the issue. 25-06-12 again i contacted them for the refund. One person by name Mr.Siddharth called me and appologised for the inconvienience and informed me to return money if services do not start the money would be refunded. The guy aditya srivatsava informed to reply to the mail that iam satisfied and then i will get money before the end of day.After that he stopped taking calls. Now after calling their call centre on 1860-5–5500 on 24-06-12 and 25-06-12 also they were only telling me it is under process and we can not reveal the details. i asked them about the senior offical numbers for which they denied.Again one Mr. surjit called and was trying to convince me (mobile number is 09868303920 they were informing me that the money can not be refunded. I want to bring to your notice a reputed company like Timesjob(claiming to be number on job portal)is cheating and duping using their call centre staff and ditching the jobseekers in this kind of malpractises.
Even the service that for jobseek is only giving the data base of the jobs available and contact details of HR for the candidate to apply as staed in the welcome mail and not the shorlisted openings as stated by the agents initially. They are falsely duping people and collecting hefty amounts. I lost totally Rs 11462.50.I request the authorities to strictly monitor the telephone(LL) as well as the mobile number =s of thir staff to verify facts. As i know with out management support these malpractises can not be dne by staff.
I had also lodged complaint in their web site under the name feedback for which i got the ticket ID 132830 dated 26-06-12. There is no reply to that also as the feed back says the call staus is open. It is more than 5-6 working days and they are not sending mail on the status of the complaint.
Hence i request the Government of India or the competent authority to look in to these fraudulent methods and do justice to people who are cheated by them and cancel their trade license.How big is the company the fraudulent methods need to be stopped.please do justice and get the return of this amount to me which is collected in wrong manner.
