I had subscribed to Times of India paper for 1 year (Subscriber id: 30713423) until 16-Sep-2014. But 1 month back, the paper delivery was stopped. I called the helpline(044-24317979) and never any one answers the helpline. Luckily one fine day after about 100 attempts, one person answered the phone and gave me a ticket number 923750 and told that an executive will contact me in 48 hours and address the problem. It has been more than 10 days and no one has called. When I call the helpline, no one answers.
This is CHEATING BY TIMES OF INDIA. They find fault with the government, politicians and all others. First they should fix their problems. Please do NOT subscribe to this paper.
