i am join the MCA entrance coaching classin time institute, i ill pay the fee 9000 in two trams. But i con’t able to attend the coaching class i want refund my fee amount, many times i ill conduct them through mobile ,and send mailed my pay bill details no response . and also directly i ill conduct them now they change the institute name wistha mind , and they rotate me , they said conduct the main branch of time institute also i ill conduct them they also rotate me . they are cheating me ,
kindly i want refund my money please help me sir
