Hi,
I was placed order for Micromax A110 Canvas2 mobile on 30-Jan-2013. My order details given below.
Order number – 10390784.
Order Date 30-Jan-2013.
Order amount – 8991 INR.
Payment Details-
Payment Done by – HDFC online Banking.

Since its 1 month and I have not received the product I cancelled order but yet not received refund from timtara.
When I call customer they says “Our system is in upgrade call after some time”.
Daily I call your customer care person 50-100 times but never get any response.
Then with the help of your payment gateway “ATOM” I got the cell no of timtara persons and called timtara persons so many times but they never pick the phone.
Some time they says “Wrong number” or says u will get your refund mail with reference number in 48 hrs and refund in 10 days.
After completing 48 hrs when I give a call timtara customer care person they says again wait for 48 hrs and 10 days this is happening from long time.
I am very much frustrated from your timtara service. Please help me to get refund money ASAP.
