Tikona’s Poor service and wrong information delivery, due to which I had to suffer Rs 5,20,000 losses

I have taken a connection of internet from Tikona on 17/06/2012. Tikona installed connection on 19/06/2012. My internet connection worked for 2 hours and disconnected automatically. For this issue I launched a complaint. They assured me to resolve my complaint within 24 hours. Next day I started my Laptop and connected my laptop with tikona, it was working but, again disconnected after approx 3 hours. For this issue, I again launched a complaint. In the same way, I launched complaint for 5 times within 7 days. But the company didn’t able to resolve the problem. Mean while, when I launched complaint 4th time, they forwarded my complaint to the technical department and I got the call back from technical department assuring me that the problem will be resolved within 3-4 hours permanently and I will not need to suffer again. The connection started working. I connect through internet with my client for project demos for a software project. Mean while connection again disconnected and I didn’t able to show demo. And due to this client cancelled project with us. I lost Rs 5,20,000 software project from my client due to Tikona internet connection problem. When I requested in the customer care for disconnection and refund of 100% cash back. They are not ready to refund me back 100% cash for their non-ability of providing service, and also not telling me how much cash I will get in refund. And they told me that it will take at least 45 days to process my refund. Connection is still not working and Now, I want to launch a case against Tikona internet service for refund of my 100% cash back and Rs 5,20,000 for the project cancellation due to their wrong information provided regarding internet connection, otherwise I would be prepared for any other alternative.
