Tikona’s Harrasment and Poor service Quality in All Respect.

Name of company/service: Tikona

I am informing you with a hope that the culprits will be punnished and a justice will be prodived by

Indian Judiciary.

I took tikona’s Broadband Wireless connection on Jan 16th with a hope that they will atleast abide by

50% to which they have commited. My Tikona’s Customer ID is:1107762060 and we have opted for plan

ADBBM699 with a rental of 699/-
I started facing disconnection on and Off after one month on the connection. Calling customer care used

to resolve the problems within in 2 working days.

Real problem started from last week of March when there was no signal. I called up customer care and

their 3rd party site enginner visited and on a temporary basis connectity was provided. He also

mentioned that Tower from which we used to get signal has been removed.

Again signal went down on 1st of April and we have asked for a disconnection as they were not able to

provide the service. Their site enginners visited twice and narrated the same story that Tower has been

removed. But refused to give anything in writing. I emailed Tikona’s customer care for a written

response to which they didnt responded. I had followed up many a times but they were relucted to process

disconnection and revert back my advance rental and installation charges, as they were not able to

provide a continous sevice.

Instead of processing my disconnection from May onwards they started sending bills with fine and they

are not ready for settlement and give back our dues. Now things have gone worst, every week in the name

of lawyer they are calling and are harrasing us. When asked to send the court notice they simply

disconnect the call.

Also for their equipment they are ready to collect but are adament on not providing a copy that shows

that they have collected the equipment.

Please help…

Payments made till now: 1650 + 600.46+ 714.21

Bill started from 16th Jan 2013, with a per month bill of 699/-(Rental) – 50/- (Discount) + Taxes.
Installation charge of 750/-
When have asked for disconnection on 5th April2013
