Name of company/service: Tikona
I subscribed tikona in dec and in march it stopped working for no reason. I made multiple calls and everytime I hear customer service representative committing within 24 hours somebody will come. Once an engineer came and told there is connectivity issue. Understood the situation and went to office to close the connection but she insisted that there is no issue so make payment and within 24 hours it would be ok. Nothing happened for few days.
I made multiple calls, including mail to their customer complain head j Nair but absolutely nothing happen. I am still struggling with them…
I want to escalate few things
1. If they have connection issues, they should come forward and tell us and close/suspend connection till its resolved
2. These companies should respect the timeline they give.
3. I want my money, including deposit back
Also people should understand tikona is a company which is not worth replying….
