Tikona services and response very bad and no commitment

Dear all

This is to bring to your notice that I have gone ahead and bought Tikona services for 4MBPS 300GB plan for 30 months in the month of March 2013.

My Subscription Customer ID is 1108151712. Following issues been reported frequently and till date no resolution received from your end

1. The plan was for 4MBPS and whenever I connected I used to get 2MBPS or less. Several followup done and after almost 5-6 weeks for 3-4 days I enjoyed 4MBPS network.
2. No one has given answer on justifying the usage show by Tikona till date. Even after we sleep around mid-night the usage is been shown. The duration of usage Vs usage never matches. Within 4-5 days your system shows 5GB usage. Please note, I had MTNL and Reliance data card with monthly 10GB plan, but never ever utilized more than 7-8 GB with my laptop and mobile device. Please note, I purchased your services due to 4MBPS bandwidth and thinking better services.
3. Last 3 weeks I am not able to access Tikona due to issue at your base location.

Considering all above, I am totally unhappy with your services and responses. Requesting you to refund my money immediately as Tikona has failed completely. My work depends on internet and without it last 3 weeks.

I have written so many communication to Mr. Prakash Bajpai but found no response from his end as well till date.
