Tikona Internet services

This is a complain for the service ID 1109878196.

I got this connection activated almost 5 month back and have gone through a lot of mental harassment since then.

I have faced in-numerous problem with the connection.from extremely slow speed and internet connection not working for 10-15 days all together. and each time when I raised my service request/complaint it got connected for a day but next day again it got disconnectd on it’s own and I had to do the same procedure in a loop again and again and again.

It was my office connection so when it didnot work that time my team sat ideal that includes salary of four people adding on to further loss of money apart from customer dissatisfaction for delaying their order as I can not access the net.

I have also fcced personal misbehaviour from one of the tikona employ who visited my ofc place for solving connection problem.His name is sushil kumar gupta,he visited my office place to check the connection and started sending ”cheap messages by the evening.” I had also complaint this to tikona costumer care that time.

Finally after 5 months of constant harassment of extremelly pathetic internet services I do not think I am liable for any full and final . I will not pay a single penny,Also I demand MY coomplete money back whatever is being given to you in all these five months.

I just want to you guys stop bothering me and kindly help arrange and return my 5 months rental. I do not want to hear any call from tikona reprentative.

In 5 months duration I have lodge complaint atleast 50 times in which I got 35request no’s too for the proof of it.

This company is completly fraud and a waste of time.
No one should suscribe to their services.
