Its been less that a month since we took Tikona. Their internet service is very patchy and we have lots of problems. Every time a complaint is raised some technician comes over and changes some settings. They ask us to wait for some time to see if the problem is solved. But immediately we get a text saying that complaint has been resolved but the problem still persists.
Now they have sent us a bill for internet service despite the fact that we had paid the first months’ bill in advance along with installation. They also have started cutting our calls when we call the customer care number of Tikona.
Our internet does not work properly and we are having to continue with it because one answers our questions about refund of original amount. Please help!
