I was conned by the sales executive, called Srikant, who visited my home, painted a rosy picture of the company and fleeced Rs. 1900 for installation and 1Mbps speed with UNLIMITED downloads. Less than a week and speed is 512, why? because he failed to mention a limit to downloads in this ‘Unlimited download’ oackage. I have it on records where he admits that he forgot to mention that to me or my family while collecting the payment. after repeated complaints, No help is on the way, all i hear is sniggers and taunting advice from the customer care executives of Tikona. and yes they want more money if I need that same internet speed. I hopelessly wish someone in my country would pay heed and stop such daylight scam companies!!
