Tikona Internet is not resolving my technical problems.

I have purchased tikona internet connection for Rs 2000/-. They have promised an speed of 512 kbps, but since the connection is activated, i am facing the issue with power cable adapter due to which connection is not working at all.

I am really frustated and they are just lodging the complaint again and again and not taking any action.

Also without an engineer visit they marked my request as resolved which is really annoying.
