I was a subscriber of Tikona Broadband near about 5 years.

The line was not working properly during 2/3 months and I booked complain on Tikona customer care several times. But they didn’t solve the problem. They said that the area was non feasible and the connection is not properly come to my area. But i have to pay my bills during those days. They told me several times to gave discount on bills for those non connection days, but not given any discount.
Lastly I had to call again Tikona customer care to stop my service and the line was stopped after call them several times in 10/15 days. They took their device from my home after that. Also they told me during those 15 days i have used 54GB of data. I am not sure how is it possible during those non connection days. That’s why i did not pay the last 15days bill Rs 734.
The story here doesn’t end,
Now a agent from Tikona call me and talking to me in very bad manner, calling me “you defaulter” and I have to pay Rs 1004 to Tikona otherwise She is registering a case against my name at Delhi Civil Court (I am in West Bengal), I have to go there on any notice if I received and submit any fine and fight against my case.
I have a small office in my home with client outside India where the only way of communication is through Internet. I lost almost Rs. 1-2 lakhs of business during that crisis period. Not only that the clients thought we are not delivering the product in time and giving them excuses on my internet line. I lost goodwill also and so lost clients.
Don’t know which reader is reading this or who can help me on this. Any one from Tikona may sort it out.
They are doing all this for Rs 1004, but what business I lost, near about Rs. 1-2 lakhs, and lost clients too, because of their poor service and system who will compensate that???
