I have applied for the new broadband connection in andheri East Mumbai (21th april) and they came for demo when they did not show me any bandwidth test or proper connectivity available on this area except tikona website for demo and they took 1300 cheque from for the same after one week time(exactly 6days) they had come down and checked for the fixing the connection where they have found that there is no connectivity available in my house or near by so they said that we are going to cancel this connection as it’s not in a feasible area from the access point. so i have asked them that what about the money which i paid Rs.1300 of deposit,then they told me that amount will be back with in 7 days.it was canceld on 29th april , still now (i amount is not returned and whenever i call they wont give any proper response or after listening they will disconnected my phone , i have called them more then 20 time for the checque status but they are the vast people i have ever met ……..
i did not understand onething that i paid the money through cheque and asked them to return the amount in same bank but they told that we can not deposit it like that so many unwanted excuse they made it to me. even i bored of calling the

Tikona is like Chitfund – where u wont get money back.

complaint Reference in tikona when i ever i ask for the complaine number they will put me on hold for more then 15 min and then call will get disconnected …
I hoping The consumer forum team can help us to get the money back………like me there are lot people frustrated …we request you take action against this frudster As soon as posssible …
