Tikona ID – 1105206256. I had purchased Tikona net connection about 6 to 7 months back. It never worked for more then 2 days. Every 3rd or 4th day it use to get some or the other problem & we couldnt use this. After about 10 complaint to their consumer cell, no solution was happenning I have decided to disconnect the service. have again gave repetative call to them to disconnect & refund me the amount paid. even after almost 3 months there is no hearing from their side. Firstly disastrous serive & then no refund. I have gone thru worst time interacting with them & should also charge them for harassment. Hope to recieve some redressel from consumer court.
