I had taken the tikona service on june ,because of their worst service i raised a request for disconnection i they send me mail for disconection on july 12 saying that i raised a request for disconnection on october 11. i used this service only for 15 days . I called somany times to collect bill of 15 days . but their executive came after due date.They collected modem 15 days back and i paid 1200 rupees at the time of installation.My amount has been settled in that amount .but they are sending bill with due amounts and due dates . I called to customer care they are saying that ne need to pay. i have voice record also.I attended all their calls but they are saying that iam not attend their calls.They are sending bills every month with due dates adding 100 rupees as a penalty.even my amount was sellted .
