Name of company/service: Tikona Broadband Connection
I have a new Tikona broadband connection . I am not able to connect to it from the date of installation(no service after 5 days of complaint). When I call their local executive(who installed tikon ap devices at my home), do not receive my call. And when I call to their technical support team they says we will escalate your issue and the local engineer will help you.But all these calls are only wastage of time .I am fully tired to call so many people related to Tikona
