Ticket was not booked and deducted money

We have tried to book 2 tickets through redbus on 9th May however they have deducted amount for 4 tickets and none of the tickets was booked. After struggling alot they have refunded amount for 2 tickets in my paytm wallet and for the 2 tickets they have blocked my money
in the redbus wallet and now they are not refunding it. They are much expensive then others. After this incidence we went to the busstand and booked it 550/seat and through redbus it was 680/seat. We donot want to use their services again and need our money back.
