I had booked 2 tickets from ticket genie for 1st test between India and West Indies starting from november 6th 2013. I had opted for ticket delivery d-so they charged Rs. 85 extra on top of 3000 Rs for the two season tickets. However, the tickets have not been delivered and the courier service responsible (Xyrus courrier) has asked to personally come and collect from their offcie, which is far from the address I have specified. This is absolutely pathetic customer service from Ticket genie. Their helpine numbers are swithed off/ busy or not answering. This definitely is poor service and heights of customer harrasment.
