Ticket Cancellation refund not processed

Name of company/service: makemytrip.com

Hi,
I cancelled my ticket on 14th Jan 2013 for which as per company record I am supposed to get a refund amount of INR 4464, and the as it is shown on their website they have initiated the refund on 20th Jan but I have not received the money in my Citi bank saving account using which I booked the ticket on 24.10.2012. I have been calling the company since the date of cancellation but I am not getting any satisfactory response. Please guide me what should I do?
