Name of company/service: Red Bus Travel Company
I was booking ticket on 28th feb 2013 at night around 10pm, while booking my ticket amount from the bank account was deducted but no ticket confirmation message and mail I got from the company. Since 1st feb I am trying to contact red bus help line about my refund but they are simply trying to procrastinate the issue, please help me in this regard to refund my ticket amount as early as possible.
