I had a Kingfisher Flight scheduled on 10 Nov 2012 booked on 27 Sep 2012. I received an e-mail on 30 Oct 2012 stating that the flight has been cancelled by the airlines. I applied for a refund of the ticket amount i.e., 8,576 INR on 7 Nov 2012 and received a response that the same will be credited within a week. But even after 3 months of continuous follow-ups I haven’t received the money back. Now I am unable to contact their customer care for updates on the same. Please help me in getting my hard earned money back. The PNR number of the ticket is 0902473100672. I shall be really grateful to you people.
