THRETENS AND UNPARLEMENTARY LANGUAGE BY RECOVERY AGENTS TO MY FAMILY MEMBERS

Name of company/service: STANDARD CHARTERED BANK CREDIT CARDS

Dear Sir,

I am standard chartered bank credit card customer with bearing card number: 4541982333397120, could not make the payment since 5months due to ill health and i do not want to be a defaulter any more. I will start making payment online from August or September onwards. But one of the recovery executive from 01244826165 & 9560055871 making the call to my personal contacts capturing my itemized bill without any authorization and using abusive language who ever picks up the phone. This is again a noncompliance doing like this against which I would request you to take some disciplinary actions on recovery agents as this is not the way to threaten the customers using abusive and unparliamentarily language when my family ladies picks up the phone misusing my phone contacts through itemized bill.

I would be thankful, if you take any serious actions on the recovery agent who has called and misbehaved with my family threatening them by using un parliamentary language. Please consider my complaint and do the needful.
