We represent our client M/sVodafone Mobile Services Limited a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 having its registered office at C-48, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase II, New Delhi-110020
We state that our client is Cellular Mobile Service provider in the city of Delhi.
That you had approached and requested our client to provide you our client’s cellular mobile phone facility. Relying upon your representation and assurance, our client provided the said facility to you with the clear understanding that you shall pay the bill on or before the due date. That you have availed the aforesaid facilities but in breach of the aforesaid representation and promises made by you, you have failed and neglected to pay the amount of Rs.2695 /- which is due and payable by you.
That believing your representation to be true, our client acted upon in good faith and entrusted upon you with cellular mobile phone facility which you put into extensive use and accumulated aforesaid amount.
In these circumstances, we hereby call upon you to pay the sum of Rs 2695 /- together with accrued interest thereon @ 18% pa from the respective due date till the full & final payment within 7 days from the date of receipt of the notice failing which our
client shall be constrained to initiate appropriate legal action against you for the recovery of aforesaid amount, entirely at your risk as to cost and consequence.

i have already told that vodafone is giving me excess amount of bill but my plan was only 200 rs how is this possible that how much due like this but they are calling me more many times in a day and threating me to say this word court notice now they has been given me on mail , they are threating me on call , mail , through msg reminder through coming on home for recovery some guy calling me with his personal mobile no and asking for come to home i have replayed many times that agry but he not came .
please suggest me on this metter
