Threatening Calls for Payment

I took cell phone on emi in HDFC credit card. I could make payment for two emi because of financial problem at home and then I started getting calls to make payment everyday 3 to 4 times the executive of Hdfc customer services are so rude mannerless started threatening on call also abusive and raise there voice many times hung up on me because I was talking they threatened me stating that if you dont make payment will knock your neighbours door and make u feel embrass then u will do payment apart from that without my permission they send people at home every alternate day because I work in my absences they misbehavior with my parents when they come homw .They have touched me like hell such a diguishing behavior for Hdfc bank executives unexpected after this I will never use Hdfc services also will never refer anyone for that bank ever
