Threatening call received on Tuesday I.e. on 15th may 2018

This is to inform that I received a phone call on 15th may. then I called the Airtel customer services and they bared the services. Now it’s been 5 days my services have been bared and cannot able to start my services . They says that it will take 24 hours to start your services and now it’s been 5 days nothing has happened to my complaint. Now I don’t know what to do. Please help me. My mobile number is 9818617177.
