THREATENED TO FIRE CASE: NOT PAYING A FAKE BILL

Location/place: kanpur

Name of company/service: Tikona

I took a prepaid tikona broad band connection . Due to vary bad service, on December 2013 i asked them to close the connection (customer care). but they close my connection in feburary between January and feburary i did not use any data and still they send a bill of amount 784/- and advocate. ATUL SRIVASTAV called me today (15/03/2014) and shouted the money within 1hr. and if i dont pay he will fire a case against me on Delhi civil court!! one important point is many time they called me and asked for the bill – i asked him why i paid this then he said that tikona company fire a case against me and tikona service did not give any prior information regarding this case to me. each time i refused to pay. Please guide me what can i do now?
